A new operating principle for industrial inspection

A checked box is a claim, not evidence.

SureSight sees the inspection through the inspector's own eyes — turning a checkbox into a verifiable record.

01 — What SureSight doesThe system

A real-time safety and accountability layer for inspection.

01 — Verify

Confirms it actually happened.

First-person imagery and computer vision confirm observable inspection steps and identify insufficient evidence.

02 — Detect

Catches what people miss.

Flags missed steps, abnormal conditions, and inconsistencies in real time — before they become failures, accidents, or liability events.

02 — The demoSureSight / live view

Watch an inspection write itself.

This is SureSight mid-pass on a rolling undercarriage check. As each component enters the frame it is identified, verified, and logged — air tank, wheel, brake actuator, one after another.

01 — The record

Every row is evidence.

Component ID, timestamp, status, confidence — logged the moment each part passes the camera. No clipboard, no transcription, no "pretty sure we checked it." The capture log becomes the inspection record.

02 — The judgment

Honest about uncertainty.

The shock absorber read at 72% confidence, so SureSight flagged it "partially captured" — indicating the view may have been partially obstructed, poorly lit, too far away, or otherwise an imperfect check. Doubt gets surfaced and managed — never silently passed.

SureSight adapts to the way your teams already work — available in several form factors, so the camera fits the task instead of the other way around. Whatever the capture device, imagery flows to an on-prem server where the AI verifies the inspection.

05 — Why SureSightCompany & trust

Built for real industrial operations.

SureSight was created from direct experience with safety-critical engineering, maintenance, and inspection environments — where a completed checkbox does not necessarily prove that the underlying inspection occurred.

01 — Industrial first

Built around the work.

Designed around real inspection workflows, existing maintenance procedures, and the realities of field work — not around a generic AI platform.

02 — Verification, not surveillance

Verify the work, not the worker.

The system is designed to verify observable work while minimizing the collection and retention of unnecessary worker data.

03 — Evidence over promises

Prove it on your site.

SureSight is deployed through controlled pilots using your own equipment, inspection procedures, and operating conditions before any wider rollout.

06 — The founderWho built it

Built from the inspection floor up.

SureSight was founded by Eddy Castaneda, a mechanical engineer with 15 years on safety-critical and reliability-critical ride systems at organizations including Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and Universal Studios — leading global projects across Japan, China, and the United States, under safety jurisdictions around the world.

That work spanned conveyance systems of nearly every kind — trains, vehicles, elevators, boats, conveyor belts and more — where a missed or misjudged inspection carries real consequences. Across all of it, one gap kept surfacing: machines increasingly verify their own state through sensors and feedback, while many critical inspections still depend on a person observing something and later recording that it was done.

SureSight was created to close that loop.

08 — QuestionsFAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What does SureSight actually verify?
It confirms an inspection happened, that the right steps were followed, and — increasingly — that each step was performed correctly. First-person imagery plus computer vision replaces the manual checkbox with an objective visual record.
How does it work?
SureSight runs a computer vision model customized to your exact inspection tasks — not a generic one. It begins with a short, non-disruptive training phase on site, where the model learns from your own equipment and workflows what a good inspection looks like. Once trained, verification goes live. Performance can be improved over time using validated site data, with controlled model updates and versioning.
Where does our inspection data live?
Inside your network. Inference runs on an on-prem GPU server and no data ever leaves it. SureSight needs no visual data retention to operate — storage is optional and configurable to your policies if you choose to keep records, and it stays audit-ready by default.
Which industries is SureSight built for?
Any regulated environment that runs on inspection checklists. Components such as fasteners, valves, switches, sensors, springs, hoses, gauges, etc. can all be verified with the SureSight system.
Does this replace the worker?
No — it makes them better at the job. SureSight verifies the work, not the worker, giving inspectors a real-time second set of eyes that catches missed steps in the moment. The result is less rework, fewer missed inspections, and less miscommunication — the same skilled people, now backed by an objective record.
How is it priced?
Pricing depends on device count, deployment scope, model customization, and integration requirements. We'll tailor a quote to your needs.
Can we try a pilot program first?
Yes — in fact, we prefer it. A pilot puts SureSight to work on your site, on your components, under your conditions, so the results speak for themselves before any wider rollout. We'd rather prove the value first and let your team's satisfaction make the case for scaling up.
Does SureSight protect worker privacy?
Yes. SureSight verifies the work, not the worker. SureSight does not require worker identity to verify an inspection. Customers may optionally associate records with authenticated personnel where their workflow requires it.
Can SureSight be customized to meet our needs?
Absolutely. SureSight adapts to you, not the other way around — we train the models on your components, fit your checklists and workflows, and integrate with the systems you already run.
