This policy explains how SureSight handles information collected through this website, aisuresight.com. How SureSight handles imagery and inspection data captured by the product during a deployment or pilot is described separately on our Security & Data page and in the written agreement for that engagement.

When you submit our demo-request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email, industry, and the message describing what you inspect. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
Our web server keeps standard access logs when a page is requested. These logs may include your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the pages requested, and the date and time. We use them to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
The public marketing site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or third-party tracking technologies. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics that we host ourselves (GoatCounter, running on our own gc.aisuresight.com server). It records anonymous, aggregate information about a visit — such as the page viewed, the referring site, and general browser and country — without setting cookies, without collecting personal data, and without sending anything to a third party. It does not follow you across other websites. If you prefer, browser settings such as "Do Not Track" and script blockers will stop it, and the site works exactly the same either way.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.

We keep demo-request and inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence and relationship, and then delete or archive them. Server access logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes. You may ask us to delete information you have submitted (see below).
You can contact us at admin@aisuresight.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted, or to ask a question about how it is handled. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws; we will honor applicable rights on request.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate from the United States. If you contact us or submit the form from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
